Directory of Baited Remote Underwater Video (BRUV) footage for Flinders CMR Phase II survey August 2012

"Calibration" folder contains 2 subfolders: "Pre_trip" and "Post_trip". Each subfolder contains video files used for calibration and associated calibration files.
"Supplementary_docs" folder contains pdf file describing scoring methodology.
"Drop_locations" folder contains xls file and zipped shapefile with locations of camera drop sites.
"Scoring_data" folder contains 2 xls files: "Length Merged Cleaned" contains length data for each animal scored in an event, "Nmax Merged Cleaned" contains data on the number of each species scored for each event. "Event_Measure_outputs" is a zip file containing raw scoring outputs generated by the Event Measure program.
"Video" folder contains all AVI video files from BRUV recordings. Where multiple video files have been generated from a single session these have been merged so that 1 AVI file = 1 camera recording from 1 side of stereo pair from 1 drop at 1 site on 1 date.

Event Measure software was used for scoring (Nmax) and measuring lengths (Length). Raw EM outputs are found in Scoring_data\Event_Measure_outputs.zip
Final EM scoring summaries found in Scoring_data: "Length Merged Cleaned 160813.xlsx" and "Nmax Merged Cleaned 160813.xlsx"

Filenames for Baited Remote Underwater Video (BRUV) footage:

"1_1_S1D1_110812_LHCam_224_join.avi" = Full name of file for each shelf site.
"1_1" = GRTS Phase I ID_ GRTS Phase II ID
"S1D1" = SD card set 1, Drop 1
"110812" = Date
"LHCam_224" = Camera side in stereo pair_ Camera ID
"join" = Multiple video files joined from single session
File name containing "repeat" indicates repeated filming in location following failed event
